Choosing Paths

2019 found me at a crossroads, with UX/UI design, marketing, and IT project management stretching out before me.

My guide? A deep-seated passion for understanding people, aesthetics, and unforgettable experiences.

I took a road that promised all three.

THE AI ADVENTURE BEGINS - 2020

Into the Unknown

By 2020, I was part of Drift's AI frontier. To many, AI was a curious concept, reminiscent of science fiction.

Here, amid skepticism and curiosity, I joined forces with engineers, imbuing AI with the power of conversation.

It was a venture that tapped directly into my core skills: empathy, problem-solving, and creating engaging interfaces.

Consultant Journeys

Come 2021, the landscape shifted. Organizations reached out, driven by a need for smarter, AI-enhanced interactions.

Stepping into consultancy, I found myself at the intersection of B2B and B2C, weaving chat flows and UX strategies, becoming a conduit between technology and people.

Broadening the Canvas

Settling deeper into the consultancy role, my exploration of UX expanded.

Each project was a new terrain, charting customer journeys and honing UX strategies, marking a period of prolific design and UX research.

Alongside, my engagement with GenAI grew, paralleled by continuous personal projects in web, chatbot and UI design aimed at forging connections.
